April 30th had quite a few things happen from the end of World War II to "Mean Girls" being released in theaters on "This Day in History One Week from Today!" In a quick rebrand, Doc and Ziggy play a round of "Florida vs Everybody" Some kids are unintentionally celebrating 4/20. Netflix is not having a good time after losing over 200,000 subscribers. Why? Pusha T dropped a new album and Doc gives his review. Kendrick announced the release date of his next album. Ziggy came up with a brilliant idea. A high school student in Georgia is getting paid $170,000 to play basketball. Baltimore institutes a *very limited* universal base income of $1000 a month for 200 families.

How much foresight does the Rules Committee have when it comes to new cards. What process is used to justify banning a card.
